Lunchtime yoga

In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, you will learn the benefits of yoga. Starting with the basic yoga asana, proper yogic breathing and other relaxation techniques; incorporating aromatherapy and Himalayan singing bowls sound healing. In our class we will cover parts of yoga and ayurveda theory, take care of our lymph flow, quiet our minds and restore our bodies.

It's a gentle introduction for new students as well as the intermediate practitioners looking to fine tune their practice.
Take advantage of our monthly package only $60 for 5 classes (during 90 days). Walk-ins $17 a class.
